Terms of Service

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

HRBo is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service platform that provides workforce attendance tracking (including geo-fenced punch-in / punch-out), payroll processing, leave and advance management, performance reviews, asset and referral management, and related reporting for organisations and their employees.

We may add, modify or discontinue features from time to time to improve the service.

To use the App, a company tenant is created with a first administrator, who may then onboard employees and other roles (HR, accountant, manager, cluster manager, employee). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal working age to use the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
• Falsify attendance, payroll, location or any other records.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data or to our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt or reverse-engineer the App or its security features.
• Upload malicious code or infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

Certain features are offered under paid subscription plans (such as Professional or Custom). Fees, billing cycles and included features are presented at the time of subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Razorpay; we do not store your full card details.

Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of the service.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used and protected in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Each organisation is the controller of its employees' data, and HRBo processes such data on its behalf.

The App, including its software, design, logos and content (excluding data entered by tenants), is owned by Sivanathan Foods Pvt Ltdand protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Data you enter remains owned by your organisation.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. While we strive for accuracy in attendance and payroll computations, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them for statutory or financial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sivanathan Foods Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits arising out of your use of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
